• click on Tools->Settings as follows:

• Enter your user password if prompted.

The Settings page will appear.

• Click on "Pricing, Products and Services" to bring the screen below.
  

• Select the Usergroup name and Rent Type that you want to set the rate.
• Click Edit.

The Edit Minutes Rate page will appear.

To set the Rent Type to normal rent (flat hour rate):

• Select the "Normal Rent" option button.
• Set the hour rate and minimum rate.
• Click OK.

To set the Rent Type to fix minutes rent (price on any number of minutes):

• Select the "Fix Minutes Rent" option button.
• Set the minutes and price.
• Click OK.

To set the Rent Type to Dynamic Rate, please proceed to Setting Dynamic Rates.

To set the Rent Type to Scheduled Rate, please proceed to Setting Scheduled Rates.

To set prices for products/services:

• Select the Usergroup from which you want to set pricing for.

• Select the Category in the Category list.

• Select the product or service that you want to set the price

• Click Edit.

• In the Edit Product/Service screen;, enter the unit price and click "OK".
